4. Fees and Payment
All fees are outlined in your merchant agreement and on our pricing page. Pesah does not charge hidden fees, setup fees, or cancellation fees unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pesah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
